TNListed listings are brokered through Southern Middle Realty — Keller Williams, based in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Every TNListed listing is entered into the applicable MLS under a written listing agreement with the brokerage, and every seller is represented according to the terms of that agreement and Tennessee law.
TNListed is a limited-service real estate listing program. The executed listing agreement, agency disclosures, and written service selections determine the exact services and duties applicable to each listing.
